Initially, basic records of students with student numbers (USN) that start with 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
and 20 have been included in our new online access
https://discipulus.amasystem.net . These students are advised to do processes #1 to #3 in
http://ama.edu.tripod.com/discipulus.html1. Using your browser, open
https://amaesassist.freshdesk.com/support/login2. Click LOG-IN USING FACEBOOK button. If you are currently logged-in to facebook, you will be also automatically logged-in
to AMAES Online Freshdesk.
3. Click NEW SUPPORT TICKET button.
4. Fill-out the required fields. In the SUBJECT field,
type REQUEST FOR ACCESS TO DISCIPULUS.
5. Message us at
www.facebook.com/amascl if you don't know your USN.
6. In the AREA OF CONCERN field, choose ASSESSMENT AND PAYMENT, for the DETAILS field, choose
OTHER ASSESSMENT AND PAYMENT RELATED CONCERN.
7. Use your email that is still active.
8. DO NOT check the the CHECKBOX
for resolved ticket.
9. Click SUBMIT.
10. A ticket number will be issued.
11. Monitor the status of your request
by regularly checking your email and the updates of your ticket.
